Pajamas on. Wine poured. Candle lit. Cozied up on the couch with the twinkling Christmas tree lights + a Christmas movie. Most likely scrolling through Instagram stories ha. Nothing quite like a nostalgic Christmas movie to warm your heart.
Hello March! We’re inching closer + closer to Spring and I can feel it! The weather was amazing this weekend. Gave me a taste of what’s come + what to look forward too. I even layed out in the backyard yesterday.
I woke up feeling refreshed AF this morning. Spending the weekend relaxing. Cleaning. Family time. Gardening. It’s good for the soul. And rewarding all at the same time. Hope your Monday is off to a good start!!!
All the rules go out the window during self isolation: wanna drink at 9 am, do it. Stay in your pj’s all day, why not? Let your kids watch TV for 8 hours, 🤷🏼♀️ Eat all the quarantine snacks, fuck it. Do at-home workouts or sit on the couch, you do you!

I was thinking about the “things” that are legit keeping me sane at the moment. I’m sure we’ve all got a handful of must-haves. Here’s list of shit I must have or that I’m crazy grateful for right now!
The days are long but the years are short. I get it. But, so is the summer. Sometimes waiting for the weekends to do all the things summer is just straight up torture. Saturday’s + Sunday’s are great and all, don’t get me wrong. But, why not have just a little more fun on the weekdays too?

Hello Monday. Why did you have to arrive so quickly? Had a little too much Sunday Funday so I’m running in slow mo today. But, it was 100% worth it. Today marks day one of the I Heart Macros – Love your body challenge. I got up to “dude where’s my car” ha! So, I improvised and did the at home workout. Which totally kicked my ass. Symposium in Davis is legit. Cory took me for the first time a few years ago and I fell in love with this little hidden gem. Amazing Greek food. And that pizza right there was divine! Bill Clinton and Arnold Schwarzenegger have dined at this place…..just a tid bit I thought you should know…lol.
Monday! When you don’t whoop it up on the weekend, Monday’s don’t suck quite as bad. Not going to lie, yesterday I straight up struggled. Kept trying to stay busy so I didn’t think about pouring a glass of wine or opening a beer..lol. Enjoy this sunshine and make today a good one!!
