{weekend notes}

Hello Monday. Why did you have to arrive so quickly? Had a little too much Sunday Funday so I’m running in slow mo today. But, it was 100% worth it. Today marks day one of the I Heart Macros – Love your body challenge. I got up to “dude where’s my car” ha! So, I improvised and did the at home workout. Which totally kicked my ass. Highlights from the weekend…..

We celebrated GG’s 94th birthday. At 95 + 94 years young these two are straight bestie #goals. And yes, they do still like to party!

Did anyone check out the Vineyard Vines collection at Target? What do we think? It’s cute. But, most things I found to be a little overpriced. My Target also had just a small selection of the collection. So I didn’t get to see it all.

I only walked out with this $10 drink cup. Can you ever have too many cups? Nahhh

Sorry for the ass shot, butt since when did Women’s Wranglers get cute? I stumbled on these at Nordstrom. Bought them just out of curiosity and the 4″ inseam. And I fucking LOVE them. The signature W on the pocket just gets me. They are available at Nordy’+ ShopBop + Free People. I think they are going to do really, really well. And I think you’re going to see them a lot this summer. True to size. So comfy! Get a pair and let’s be Wrangler Butt twins!

Saturday Sale Finds…..

Nordstrom Rack has been so good lately. I always find the best Free People + Madewell items super discounted. While I was getting my scroll on I found some killer deals. Rainbow Sandals for $35! You can’t beat that. Remember the white tunic from {gimme all the white tops} It’s marked down to $60 in lavender. The T3 hair flat iron is $80 off! Which is a killer deal for a T3!!! Madewell tank for $15…in lots of color options! I cant believe this Perforated Large Zip Pouch didn’t sell out. It’s such a fun versatile clutch.

Saturday I had a piercing date with my girl Allison. We both got our ears pierced. Allison got a single piercing above and between her 2 ear piercings. Does that even make sense? It’s super cute. I was dying at all the DM’s guessing what I was doing. You guys must think I’m wayyy cooler and way more brave than I really am. HA!

Then we bellied up to the bar to celebrate! Good times!

Rainy evening called for PJ’s. Pizza. Red Wine. and a movie. You guys, it was straight up perfect.

Our movie choice kinda sucked though. Anyone seen The Mule? It was slow. Boring. And too predictable. But, I didn’t fall asleep, so it couldn’t have been that bad.
