Monday, here we go……
Intentions for the Week:
- write a bad review every place I can for Camden Spit & Larder valet parking
- get my car repaired (fucking valet dude)
- keep on hitting my daily step goal
- set up a Poshmark
- share my new TJ’s finds
- make chicken tortilla soup and tell you all about it
- solidify Spring Break plans…thinking LA area?
- try my luck at a dessert hummus
- go to bed early…like really early!
This week on the blog: Trader Joe’s finds. My Greek salad recipe. 5 things about me.
Highlights from the weekend……..
Kicked off the weekend a little early. We celebrated Nidia’s birthday Thursday night. Good times + bathroom selfies. We’re still a good time after all these years.

Bay played hooky on Friday and went to the city! They celebrated Addy’s birthday at the Ice Cream museum. Lots of shopping too! I can’t believe how grown and beautiful these girls are. Kills me!

When Cory says “wanna go out for margaritas + a movie” That’s a hard YESSSS! We sat at the bar at Vince’s and had the best time trying all the margaritas. #danger

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again……get the pork burrito. It’s the only thing I’ve ordered in about 3 years. And I still love it every time!

We saw Cold Pursuit. And I didn’t fall asleep. Which means it’s a good movie. Cory thought it was too predictable. It kept me on my toes. Here’s the trailer: Cold Pursuit (trailer)

Saturday field trip…..

Jessie took us to meet the new calves. These here were just 1 day old. And the sweetest thing I ever did see.

I played bartender….go figure.

Lot’s of mamas and babies.

Bay fell in love with Whip-it.

Thanks Jessie for the fun morning.

Then a night on the town to celebrate Nikki’s Birthday!!! Happy Birthday Nikki!!!

Lot’s of chard. Lot’s of cake. The best Caesar salad. The prettiest floors at Camden Spit + Larder.
Then I came out to a incident report. The idiot valet driver backed my car into fire-hose box. Leaving a dent. Chipped paint. Broken rear windshield wiper. And all the phone numbers and contacts on the incident report are false. Fuck yeah! Needless to say…kinda ruined my night!!!

So I did some Sunday morning Coffee and online shopping…..

I noticed today, everything is still on SALE at nordy’s!!
THANK you for using my links. Really! Last week you guys killed it and used my links more than every before. Supporting this little blog means the WORLD to me <3

And this popped up in my Facebook memories. If this dance picture of Bay doesn’t make you smile, then we can’t be friends.

AR Workshop Sacramento came to Woodland. Bella Moda Boutique + Serendipity Boutique hosted the chunky knit blanket workshop. With bubbles + sweets from the new downtown Woodland bakery, Zest Fresh.

No joke, I was really stressed out. Not realizing how forgiving these blankets really are. It’s actually really simple once you chill the F out.

Love how my blanket turned out. It’s crazy soft and so pretty. I did all white. Alex did a cream color.

Pig barn Sunday. I think Archie is my new favorite.

Cory cooks Sunday dinner

I made the whole roasted cauliflower. Which I haven’t made in years. So simple and so good. Just trim the stem from the bottom. Rub olive oil + salt + pepper…using your hands all over the cauliflower. Pop in the oven at 400 degrees (covered with foil) for 30 minutes. Remove foil and cook for about 15-20 more minutes.

Here’s to a cold and rainy Monday. Hope you put a bottle of chardonnay in your fridge for 5 o’clock too!! Cheers!!
