Here is my list of the TOP 20 best Christmas Movies. Kicking it off with Home Alone, my personal favorite. I’d say the first 6 are all movies I love and watch each Holiday season. I’m going to try and watch each of the 20 before the new year. Three down, 17 to go! I mean, it’s not like there is much else to do this year anyway, right?

I always get so many questions on my garland. To be honest, it’s actually really simple to do. Just messy! Most peeps use faux garland + greenery. I can’t. My heart love fresh so I always go that route. But, this technique works for any garland you choose.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Fresh or faux garland
- Fresh or faux eucalyptus picks
- Garden sheers
- Command hooks
Here’s what you’ll do:
Attach the garland to the mantel using command hooks. Not going to lie, if you let them set for 24 hours or overnight (before hanging anything on them), they work so much better. I just never have the patience.
Once your garland is hung and in place. Gently cut picks of greenery/eucalyptus and weave into the garland. The fresh garland is wrapped with floral wire, so it’s really easy to secure pieces into the garland. I used 1 fresh garland + 6 packages of eucalyptus + olive branches + greenery. All from Trader Joe’s. It is messy, but I’m in love with the final product. And it gets even better as it dries.

I secure the stockings + bells with extra command hooks. To keep the top of the mantel as clear + clean as possible. I don’t want to take away from the garland.
