HAPPY FRIDAY! We made it! Thanks for letting me vent yesterday. Loved reading all your messages. Totally made my day so much better. Had a great evening. Bay made dinner. We went on a walk. I didn’t sleep for shit. But, I got up early AF ready to kick off the weekend. Hit Nugget for their bacon..lol. Bay’s fave and I want to make homemade breakfast pizzas in the morning. And Raley’s to use all my Something Extra coupons. Ha! Bay and I had a coffee date at Scribblers Coffeehouse, our new fave place! All before 7:30 am. It’s gonna be a good day!

Weekend plans: Chill the f out. Sit by the pool. Hopefully get my peeps to take a hike with me. Do a little yard work. Meal prep. Have happy hour with GG. Catch a movie? I have a feeling The Art Of Racing In The Rain will make me cry my damn eyes out. And fingers crossed….make it to the new plant shop, Propagate Sac. What’s on your agenda for the Weekend?

“I went to Target and ONLY bought what I needed” said no one ever!

It’s a vicious cycle. I think I’m just walking in to make a return. Then BAM!!! I find 862 things I really, really need!

And then it happens all over again the next week.

If only the drive-up took returns. I’d have a shit-ton of money! But, then again, what would I do on my lunch breaks and free time? Hmmm!

Monday, Monday, Monday! Why did you have to come so soon? We decided to spend Sunday at the beach, since it was 40 degrees cooler on the coast than home. It was THE most relaxing day ever. Which means, we got home pretty late. Which means Monday happened wayyyy too fast. Which means I’m running on slowwwww today. Hope you all had a great couple of days. The summer days dwindling down and I want to enjoy every last minute till school starts. And life gets cray AF!

BIG thank you to everyone that messaged me to let me know my website had been hacked. I reached out to WordPress and it was taken care of within minutes. Thanks for lookin out homies!

Intentions for the Week:

  • Order Bay’s pictures (so many to choose from, it’s so hard)
  • Get my Fair Hair (it’s totally a thang..lol)
  • Spending freeze for the week
  • Plan a weekend hike
  • Pick up flowers and plants for the house
  • Share an Old Navy Try-On
  • Get caught up on laundry..I’m so behind
  • Indulge in a night of ALL THE THINGS self-care
  • Lunch date at the Davis Arboretum
  • Dinner with girlfriends

After being gone the last few weekends, I was looking forward to a weekend at home. As Bay used to call weekends “stay at home days!” It was really, really nice to do NOTHING! Like, nothing at all. We slept in. Drank lots of coffee in PJ’s. Sat by the pool both Saturday and Sunday. Had some really good dinners. And straight up kicked it.

After lots of resting over the last couple of days, I woke up this morning ready to kick Monday’s ass….kinda. Ha! Got my steps. Working on my water in-take as I type. Have a great day friends!

Needless to say, today’s post is going to be short + sweet!

Intentions for the Week:

  • Date night to see Once Upon a Time in Hollywood
  • Closet Clean out + blog post all about it
  • Loose 1 1/2 lbs at Weight Watchers weigh-in (I’ve got money riding on it)
  • Create a new centerpiece. Maybe using a fern?
  • Track everything: steps + food + water
  • Stock-up on Leaves candles (so sad the Davis Bath & Body closed)

This week on xoxostacyb: sharing a zero weight watchers point taco Tuesday recipe. Bay Baked Reese’s S’more dip and it was divine. Hoping to get that recipe up too. I did a closet clean-out. Still have more to do….so we’ll chat about that at some point too. And last but not least – Trader Joe’s. We tried a bunch of new products, so we’ll be spillin the tea on what we think!

Thirsty Thursday got the best of me. I’ll blame it on my Mom! We went to see The Lion King. Made a detour at Nugget after the movie for a bottle of wine. Found out they are having a sale on Bogle (my fave) $6.99 a bottle. So, we ended up getting 3. And a loaf of bread and cheese. Dinner!

Currently surviving on mass amounts of coffee, Lumify drops (THE best), kids chew-able Tylenol and my dark sunnies…ha! Seriously worth it. Sometimes you gotta get a little tips!

So, this week alone, I’ve had 5 people ask me about my blog. Not really sure why I post clothes. And why I always say “link in bio”. And “you make money?” Honestly, it never crossed my mind that everyone and their mothers didn’t already know what I was up too.

I’m spillin the tea on what I do . How I do it. And Yes, I do make money. Since it’s such a HOT topic. And it’s no secret, so I’m laying it all out.

{greek turkey burgers}

Recently we’ve become BIG burger fans at our house. Not that we weren’t down with them before. Honestly, I just didn’t really make burgers all that often. And when I did, I would grab the pre-made burgers from the meat department.

And let’s keep it real, they aren’t even close to as delicious as a handmade, homemade burger.

Maybe it’s summertime and I just wanna grill everything. Or air fry. The air fryer is another summer lifesaver. But, I’ve been experimenting with all kinds of different burger recipes. I love that you can enjoy them the traditional way. Ya know, with a bun and all the condiments. Lettuce wrapped, my personal favorite. Open-faced. Over a salad. Or, as of recent, in a crunch wrap.
