Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 Joseph’s Lavish Wrap or a large tortilla (I get them at Walmart)
  • 1 Laughing Cow cheese wedge (any flavor)
  • Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Sauce
  • Chobani squeeze greek yogurt
  • Sliced red onion
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup arugula
  • Feta Cheese
  • Salt + Pepper

Here’s what you do:

Lay out the wrap or tortilla.

Spread Laughing Cow cheese in the center of the wrap forming a circle.

Add 1/2 of your meat of choice.

Spread sauce over the meat. I mixed buffalo sauce + greek yogurt.

Pile on the veggies.

Add arugula.

Then feta cheese + salt + pepper

Top with remaining chicken.

Carefully wrap up. Starting by folding the bottom corners toward the middle. Then the bottom up. And continue till all the sides are tucked in. Kinda like swaddling a baby. But, don’t worry, it doesn’t have to be perfect.

Heat a pan over medium heat. Coat in non-stick spray.

Transfer wrap, seam side down to the hot pan. Allow to cook for about 2 minutes. This will seal up the crunch wrap.

Spray the top of the wrap with more non-stick spray. Sprinkle with salt.

Flip the wrap and get the top nice and golden brown. Keep an eye on it. This doesn’t take long.

Cut in half.
