Weekend plans: We’re hitting up the fair for Demolition Derby + tacos tonight. Again! Ha! Bay + I are volunteering Saturday morning – prepping the fair tacos, since we love them so much! Pool time. Hoping to make a trip to Patio 29 in Winters? Looks like a fun spot. Hitting a Birthday party. And a quick volunteer shit at the fair for out 4-H club. And enjoying our last weekend to the very fullest before school starts Wednesday! Stay cool peeps – It’s brutal out there!

Recently we’ve become BIG burger fans at our house. Not that we weren’t down with them before. Honestly, I just didn’t really make burgers all that often. And when I did, I would grab the pre-made burgers from the meat department.
And let’s keep it real, they aren’t even close to as delicious as a handmade, homemade burger.
Maybe it’s summertime and I just wanna grill everything. Or air fry. The air fryer is another summer lifesaver. But, I’ve been experimenting with all kinds of different burger recipes. I love that you can enjoy them the traditional way. Ya know, with a bun and all the condiments. Lettuce wrapped, my personal favorite. Open-faced. Over a salad. Or, as of recent, in a crunch wrap. Happy first day of May! And hump day! Whoop Whoop! I grabbed a bottle of chardonnay from Trader Joe’s and it’s kickin it in the fridge as I type. Thank sweet baby Jesus lent is finally over! This week is absolutely nuts, so wine is definitely on the menu! I grabbed a few new finds at TJ’s and I’ll be reviewing on Instagram stories tonight. Possibly Friday 5 this week too. Stay tuned!

Serving Platter | Bunny Bowl
The grazing board. AKA Charcuterie Platter. Incase you haven’t noticed, they’re kinda my thang. Today I’m sharing my Easter candy board along with two other boards I created. A Char-Kid-Erie Board and an Adult cheese board. But this Easter board just might be one of my faves so far. All the things kids love….which keep their grubby little fingers of the fancy cheese (which we all know they don’t even like anyway) lol!

You’re never going to guess what Cory + I did Friday evening…
Symposium in Davis is legit. Cory took me for the first time a few years ago and I fell in love with this little hidden gem. Amazing Greek food. And that pizza right there was divine! Bill Clinton and Arnold Schwarzenegger have dined at this place…..just a tid bit I thought you should know…lol.
