With the Fall weather we tend to go with more hearty soups + pastas. But, this girl still craves a good green salad. I’m currently hooked on arugula. We’re officially off to the Oregon coast for a little vacay. Packed up all my fall clothes and sofa king excited to bundle up by the ocean. I snagged this $20 AC/DC sweatshirt from target this week and currently wearing it as I type. It’s so cozy. Stole bays new Reebok sneaks and I have to admit, they are way cuter than I thought.
Anyway, My goal was to have a blog post up everyday this week with one being a new recipe. So, here we go.
Another day, another sheet pan meal. You know one dish dinners are my jam. This one is perfect for the season. It screams fall.
Wish the weather was on track with my comfort food cravings lately. The season changed, but the California weather – not so much.
I emailed Cory this recipe on Monday, just a reminder. Since we haven’t made it since last winter. And his response: Making it tonight.
