Nothing screams summer like a rum runner 🍹☀️ or ✌🏻
And you can drink them on the beach for the first time ever 🙌🏻 crazy thankful for a weekend at the cabin 🏔 a little change of scenery + beach time is good for the soul.
Each time we head to Tahoe, I get TONS of questions as to where to stay. What to eat. Where to drink. What beaches we love. So I’m hookin you up with all the Tahoe dets today! Along with all our favorite things for the beach!
I left my heart in San Francisco 🎶 A day in the Bay with my Baes ❤️
Ocean Beach. Sutro Baths. Union Square. Chinatown and the Marina. We hit all our favorite spots in the city. It was a fun weekend.
Somehow I woke up pumped to start the week. Here’s to making a new routine.
Intentions for the Week:
Finalize Holiday Cards (last year I didn’t send any out)
Figure out the new Weight Watchers plans
Try a new air fryer recipe
Deck the halls
Have Bay Bake something fun + festive for the blog
Pick up everything for my Christmas Table (velvet ribbon is hard to find)
Grab a coffee and walk the arboretum on a lunch break
Delete old photos from my phone
Find a fun Christmas pillow for my bed (I’m decorating my room too…lol)
This week on the blog: I’ll be sharing some sale finds. Dedicating a whole post to Bay’s new GreeLight debit card, because it’s that good. I have an Old Navy Try-On, because I keep popping in and finding new + cute things. I have a green jacket styled 4 ways that will be coming too!
Why did the weekend fly by so fast? Spent Sunday Funday wine tasting in Clarksburg. We #chardsohard at Bogle Winery. Cory even joined the wine club so cheers to more trips in the future. We had a very chill weekend and even more chill week ahead. Trying to really embrace the final weeks of summer.
Intentions for the Week:
Soak up all my time with Bay before school starts
Make zero point meatballs
Kick my Mom’s ass at weigh-in this week
Take extra good care of myself
Decide on a 2020 planner
Actually take a hike on the weekend (not just talk about it…lol)

Pink hair, don’t care?
Give out some random acts of kindness….the whole World needs it!
This week on xoxostacyb: Not making any promises lol, but I’m hoping to get up Target Tuesday. New Trader Joe’s items we’re loving. And finally my Old Navy Try-on. Maybe, just maybe Friday 5 too?
Monday, Monday, Monday! Why did you have to come so soon? We decided to spend Sunday at the beach, since it was 40 degrees cooler on the coast than home. It was THE most relaxing day ever. Which means, we got home pretty late. Which means Monday happened wayyyy too fast. Which means I’m running on slowwwww today. Hope you all had a great couple of days. The summer days dwindling down and I want to enjoy every last minute till school starts. And life gets cray AF!
BIG thank you to everyone that messaged me to let me know my website had been hacked. I reached out to WordPress and it was taken care of within minutes. Thanks for lookin out homies!
Intentions for the Week:
Order Bay’s pictures (so many to choose from, it’s so hard)
Get my Fair Hair (it’s totally a thang..lol)
Spending freeze for the week
Plan a weekend hike
Pick up flowers and plants for the house
Share an Old Navy Try-On
Get caught up on laundry..I’m so behind
Indulge in a night of ALL THE THINGS self-care
Lunch date at the Davis Arboretum
Dinner with girlfriends
This week on xoxostacyb: Trader Joe’s haul. ALL THE THINGS TJ’s that we buy over and over again. Was supposed to share last week and never got around to it. Bay Bakes or a new recipe…still undecided. And an Old Navy post with some cute new arrivals.
This morning was so weird. Bay stayed the night at a friends house. I realized that we no longer have zero period drop off. Which means I get 30 extra minutes each morning. THIRTY minutes is life-changing. Especially in the mornings. And I haven’t seen my kiddo since Friday morning. I cannot wait to squeeze her this evening.
This week on the xoxostacyb: Target Tuesday, since I found so much cute shit at my last trip. Can’t decide if I’ll share my crunch wrap recipe or my sheet pan salmon dinner? We’ll see! And lastly – fun dresses under $50 for summer parties + graduations + weddings.
Good morning! And happy Monday. I haven’t typed those words in a while. Truth is, I can’t remember the last time I woke up feelin it on a Monday….till today. I forced myself to the gym at 5am. And let me tell you, the struggle was real. The devil in my head had every single excuse not to go, but somehow I managed to get up and out the door. It’s amazing how great your day starts after a sweat sesh.
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend celebrating all the special women in your lives.
Intentions for the Week:
Bay’s ortho appointment. Her braces come off this week!!!
Reentry is no joke. After a week off from work + school for Spring Break, we are back at it today. Not going to lie, I’m strugglin hard. I’m on my 2nd cup of coffee. And I’ve got an iced coffee in my near future. I walked into my office at 7:45 am this morning and instantly felt at home. There is something to be said about routine. Really, really missed mine. Although we had a fucking blast last week.
Intentions for the Week:
Get Timothy + Archie Spring Show ready
Eat healthy AF using my WW app
Drink a shit-ton of water (I don’t think I’ve had any since April 19th)
Start making my bed again (also haven’t made it since April 19th)
Clear out email inboxes (one had over 900 emails…FML)
Saturday we celebrated Timothy Easter. GG and almost all of her great-grand kids.
My Easter salad with the edible flowers. Although, I don’t recommend eating them. GG said they didn’t taste all the great…lol. This is actually my {asparagus salad}
Someone was hoping BIG time they’d find the Golden Egg….and she did!!
Be savage, not average. According to the Enneagram test, I’m a 8 wing 7.
Type 8: The Challenger! Self-confident. Decisive. Willful. Confrontational.
Basic Fear: of being harmed or controlled by others
Basic Desire: to protect themselves (to be in control of their own life + destiny)
Eights are assertive, strong and decisive. Eights may become confrontational and intimidating in a situation where they feel others are more dominant than them, but they can also use their strength to improve others’ lives.
Not sure that’s 100% me, but I did take the test 4 times and got the same damn answer, so????
Spring is here (beating a dead horse, I know) and so is our seasonal Bucket List. All the things we hope + wish + plan on exploring + creating + making + doing!
Keeping a running list is a great way to remember all seasonal things you enjoy doing or look forward to do. When we have a free weekend, I like to refer to our To-Do’s and check items off as we go
