The weekend is over. How did that happen so quickly?!?! I miss it already!
I hope everyone had a fabulous weekend doing what you love to do.
Friday night celebration // One of my favorite Yaya’s turned a year older, which calls for a celebration. Happy Birthday Kristine!! Friday happy hour cheers are always the best!

Saturday riding with the cousins! Look how cute Benny is with the training wheels.

Bailey said they all mashed around Prairie City ♥
My Mom + I went out for dinner and a movie ♥ I finally checked out Tower Cafe. Can you believe I’d never been? I can cross that off my must-try list. It was soooo good! We ordered a Thai seafood stew that was served over jasmine rice. TO DIE FOR!!! I can totally see brunching at Tower Cafe this spring/summer. The outside area is fun.

Watched Manchester By The Sea at the Tower Theater , which I’d also never been too. I swear it’s a replica of the State Theater in Woodland.
Here’s a what it’s all about…..
Lee Chandler is a brooding, irritable loner who works as a handyman for a Boston apartment block. One damp winter day he gets a call summoning him to his hometown, north of the city. His brother’s heart has given out suddenly, and he’s been named guardian to his 16-year-old nephew. As if losing his only sibling and doubts about raising a teenager weren’t enough, his return to the past re-opens an unspeakable tragedy.
It was heartbreaking. I’d be laughing then crying. The gut wrenching story was acted out beautifully. I wish the ending was a little better though. When the lights came on, everyone just sat still in their seats. Like it couldn’t be over. We needed more.

Annual Christmas brunch + favorite things exchange. Thanks for hosting + cooking Sarah!!
