The thing is, we’re more carefree during the summer season. There are just less responsibilities, less boring to-do’s and more fun to-do’s, the days are longer and bedtimes…what’s a bedtime? Beach days + pool days + vacay’s. ALL THE THINGS!

This year, the color of spring is PINK! Yes ladies, pink is officially chic. Ha!! When I think pink, the first thing that comes to mind is Barbie doll pink. Nooo! Not just any pink. I’m talking dusty rose. Pastel pink. Pale pink.
This perfect pink seriously the easiest color to style. It goes with anything and everything you already own. Trust me! Every online clothing site I shop has pink featured all over their website. Black + Pink…yesss! White + pink…always safe. Denim + pink…forever. How about green + pink? I vote yes! Pink + stripes. Pink + Navy…I could go on and on……
I’ve gathered some fun items that I can promise yo mama will love. Kicker – they are ALL $50 or less. Most items are from Nordy’s. Not only is Nordy’s my all time favorite on-line store, but the icing on the cake – FREE SHIPPING. Always! Sometimes shipping charges are a deal breaker. Anyone else feel the same? Plus it’s triple points time now through May 8th. Take advantage of that shit.
ONE– I made these adorable mini rosemary wreaths for my dinning table. They make me happy 🙂 I have a big ol’ rosemary plant in my backyard and I’m always trying to come up with different ways to use it up. I’ve seen this creative non food way of using them before and thought I’d give it a shot.
Want to make some for your Christmas table?
Here’s what you need:
Floral Wire (optional)
You will need long sprigs of rosemary for this project. About 8 inches long. I first soaked my rosemary in a water bath to make the sprigs more pliable. Be careful when bending into a circular shape, as the sprigs can snap. Once you’ve created your wreath, tie a little floral wire to secure. I didn’t have any wire on hand, so I tied my twine to hold the two ends together and it worked perfectly. The floral wire would have made it easier though. Tie a pretty little bow and you are done. I practiced with red + white twine, which was super cute but didn’t match with my white and gold color scheme. I set them on top of my folded napkins. You could totally tuck your napkin through the center and use as a napkin ring too. So many possibilities.
Gold Everything Edition // I love gold. Golden. Metallic gold. Every single shade of gold. Gold anything. Gold Everything. If it comes in gold, this B is buying it. It’s classic. Timeless. Adds the perfect finishing touch to an outfit + display + table. I remember when I associated gold with old. I remember when gold was so uncool. WTF was I thinking?
