Life is busy and there are never enough hours in the day. Girl, I get it. We’re all busy AF! Trying to keep up with kids, family, friends, work fitness…the struggle is real. But, you just gotta schedule a little time for yourself. No matter what it is. Do something that makes you feel good. Relax. Rejuvenated.
Self care looks different for everyone. Some think fancy spa days. For others it can be cozying up with a good book. Whatever it means to you, just do it. Treat yo self!
Here’s how we practice self-care in our home……
Typically Sunday’s are our weekly self-care day for the week. Bay and I do all the things we love the most…..
Anyone else feeling the same? January has never been a top contender when playing favorites. Other than it being my birth month. I tend to put a lot of pressure on myself for the new year’s start to fall seamlessly into place. Which, once again, is not the case…lol!
Day 32/month 2 of 2017 is feeling more up to my speed. Calm!

I’m completely OVER the cold weather + winter clothing too. Super inspired by minimal dressing. NOT meaning less clothing, more like a minimal look. Jeans (as always) + light sweaters + T-shirts. 100% ready to transition into Spring!
Soooo, I went to Target to check out their new Spring release…..obviously 🙂
If wearing this pink sweater 3 times since last Friday is wrong, then I don’t want to be right.
