{kaia brik measurements}

Kaia Fit Woodland Kondition Kamp BRIK came to and end.  About 3 weeks ago.  I’m fashionably late, as always.  It wouldn’t feel like BRIK if I didn’t share my results.

In the last month or so, I’ve collected some new followers, so I thought I’d share a more details about how and when I got started with Kaia.

Here’s a run down of my Kaia history…..

Pre BRIK (January 2016) {weekend notes} // Post BRIK (February 2016) {before + after}

Pre BRIK (August 2016) {friday 5} // Post BRIK (October 2016) {BRIK results}

Pre BRIK (January 2017) {four}  // Post BRIK (February 2017) {brik results}

With lots and lots of CORE sessions in between…… {kaia fit core}

Which brings us to Post BRIK (June 2017) …….

I gained 1.2 lbs

added about an inch

somehow lost 1.75 in the waist

the bust remained the same…dammit.

body fat up .5%.  I can live with that.

BMI up .1%

Of course I was a little disappointed.  But, it’s not the end of the world.  It’s a flippin pound.

I could blame the failed attempts of sugar cleanses.  Or the snooze button devil.

The one thing I did manage to kick ass in…..

Kondition Camp Challenge!  Read that board.  It’s the fucking devil!  Ha.  This challenge is done Week #1, Week #3 and Week #6.  Your goal is to beat your best time each challenge.  I wrote about why this is a little tricky for me back on {friday 5}.

Would you look at that.  If I can’t loose any damn weight, at least I can beat my best time. Just shy of 3 minutes.  Three fucking minutes!  Can I get a whoop whoop!

What do you do when you’re in a workout slump?  Help a sister out.  I fell off the wagon.  I can’t find my motivation anywhere.  I can find the snooze button, no problem.  What are your tricks to get back on the workout wagon?

    You need to learn that you shouldn’t be so hard on yourself. I can see that you look fit, so it can’t be that bad!!
