Well hello Friday! Currently in the thick of 75 hard. This shit isn’t called “hard” for no reason. It challenges me in a different way each day. Today I really, really don’t want to read. Yesterday it took everything in me to not have a piece of Steve’s Pizza (my absolute favorite) that Cory picked up. Tomorrow will be something equally challenging no doubt. All in all, feeling pretty good! I got in my 45 minutes out outdoor workout this morning with a girlfriend. Walking and talking is so good for the soul.

Happy November! Wow, I can’t believe how quickly this year is passing by. You do realize that we are in the holiday season, don’t you? Ha! Christmas comes sooner every year, I’m telling ya.
