C H E E R S – Clink!!  That was me giving a Friday toast.

Tonight’s Agenda: Rose + Netflix.  Maybe a yummy Caesar salad, if I can set my glass down long enough.  This week was NUTS.  My payroll software was updated at work and my brain hurts thinking about it.  Nightmare.  And I’ve lost sleep over my KonMari Method closet plans.  I know the outcome will be worth it.  I have a feeling my closet overhaul make take more than one day.  I’ve been reading and reading about all the success stories…I mean the B was on Ellen so obvi her method is legit.  Stay tuned for more on this topic next week.

ONE– K.O.T Challenge // About a month ago I documented my goals for the current Kaia CORE {earth + wind + kaia} session “Keep On Truckin’ Challenge.”  You can read more about the challenge here.

K.O.T. Challenge

AMRAP – 20 reps of each

  1. Shoulder Thruster
  2. Plank Frogger
  3. Sit Up
  4. Tricep Push Up
  5. Squat Jump
  6. Run (to stop sign + back)

* 15 minutes to get through this series as many times as possible

My goal was to make it through the AMRAP 4 times.  I got close….

(week three has no results due to Seattle vacation)

All I had left was the run.  Damn it.  I needed about 3 more minutes.  But, it’s ok.  I gave it a good shot.  Although, I did see a couple Kaia sisters do it.  Good work ladies – you kick ass!!  Keep on truckin’!!

TWO – Kate Spade Summer Bucket List // I have it printed and ready to hang up at home.  I love a good bucket list.  This year, we want to…..

THREE – My girlfriend + her family bought and moved into a new house here in town.  It’s totally 70’s chic.  Like we are going to force her to host a 70’s party.  You’ve got to check out this wallpaper in one of the bathrooms.  It’s fucking amazing.  She doesn’t think so. Think all gold with a little texture.  Robin please, please, please let it stay!!!

FOUR – Bailey has been begging me to let her make pad thai for dinner.  Personally, I’ve never attempted a pad thai recipe so Im pretty pumped about her enthusiasm.  Last night we made a Nugget trip to purchase all the ingredients for her to pursue her pad thai dreams.  Rice noodles + bean sprouts + peanuts.  I can’t wait to be her taste tester.  And I will be sure to share the recipe next week.

FIVESweet Potato Pie, our local children’s store hosted their monthly craft night.  This month was a Farmer’s Market Tote.  Kids had the chance to create a tote that just might be the final design for the 2016 Woodland Farmers Market.  How cool, right?!?!  All supplies are included.  Imagination is the only thing needed.  Of course Bailey chose a to paint a strawberry.  She decided that even if her tote isn’t the winner, she will be the owner of a one of a kind strawberry tote 🙂  I love the way she thinks ♥

There is only one more tote-ally fun class left, next April 27th.  Call and reserve your spot ASAP!

C-H-E-E-R-S to the mutha f*&#’n weekend peeps.  Hope you have a bottle of rose in the fridge just waiting for your arrival home tonight.  You better believe I do 🙂

xoxo stacy
