So what is a smoothie bowl you ask? It’s a smoothie in a bowl. Bowl-ed smoothie. A smoothie with a spoon. These bowls are the biggest breakfast trend out there. And for a good reason. These super bowls are packed with nutrient rich leafy greens, fruits, and most importantly, delicious.
Let’s talk about toppings, you can use berries + bananas + chia seeds + nuts + honey + coconut + granola….the sky’s the limit. Kinda like a froyo. Yo!
Not as travel friendly as your traditional smoothie. But trust me. When you an extra 5 minutes to dump your smoothie in a bowl and add your fav toppings, you will be a happy bitch.
