Have you even seen a more delicious pumpkin 🎃
It’s filled with warm, gooey cheese and apricot preserves.
I can’t think of a more perfect fall appetizer.
And the best part – it’s simple to recreate 👌🏻
4 simple ingredients. 4 simple steps.
Don’t overthink it. Just wrap it up the best you can. It wont be perfect and that’s perfectly fine! I think the cheese + apricot preserves drizzling out of the nooks and crannies looks even better.
Keep all the bakers twine knots in one spot (see image 4) so when you flip over the wrapped cheese, you have a nice clean surface.

You really can’t go wrong with the combination of these ingredients. I served our Pumpkin Baked Brie with crackers. I think sliced sourdough would be bomb too! Maybe even apple slices? Hmmm!

Here’s what you’ll need:
- 1 puff pastry sheet, thawed
- 8oz. Brie wheel
- 1/3 cup apricot preserves
- 1 egg white, beaten
- 1 cinnamon stick
- fresh sage leaves
- Bakers Twine
Here’s what you’ll do:
Preheat oven to 375°F + line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the puff pastry on parchment paper and spread apricot jam in the center.
Place brie wheel over the jam.
Wrap the puff pastry around the brie folding + pinching the edges to seal.
Cut 6 strips of bakers twine + tie them around the wrapped brie making sure to space the strings out evenly.
Flip over the wrapped brie so the neater side is on the top.
Using a brush, apply the egg wash all around the puff pastry.
Bake in oven for 20 minutes, until golden brown.
Gently press the cinnamon stick into the center of the wrapped brie to resemble the stem. Place the sage leaves around the cinnamon stick and tuck the stems in as much as possible. You can not cut the bakers twine and toss.
Enjoy!!
