
Hi friends!
I know it’s been a little quiet over here. I was planning of taking all this week off.
But, then I made this cinnamon roll casserole and Bay said I should probably get on here and share it ASAP! Ha!
This is one of those recipes that will wake your whole house up. As this casserole bakes up, it smells amazing.

This ooey, gooey cinnamon roll casserole take less than 10 minutes to assemble and 30 minutes to bake.

Gotta give credit to my girl A Southern Drawl – she is the creator of this recipe! As always, I changed it up a bit 🙂

Here’s what you’ll need:
- 2 tubes (8 Ct, 12.4 oz) of cinnamon rolls
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 4 tablespoons butter
Here’s what you do:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Add butter to baking dish (9×13) and pop in the oven and allow butter to melt as oven preheats.
Open cinnamon rolls and set icing aside.
Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters.
Once butter has melted, remove baking dish from the oven.
Top melted butter with quartered cinnamon rolls.
In a separate bowl, whisk eggs + milk + cinnamon + vanilla + maple syrup.
Pour mixture over the top of the cinnamon rolls.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Let the casserole sit for 10 minutes.
Coat with icing and ENJOY!!!
