The stats don’t lie! I spent some time reminiscing over xoxostacyb 2021 and compiled a list of the most viewed blog posts.
Most Viewed Post In 2021…..
This post was actually written in 2020! It’s a good one, I actually pulled it up last week. With 6,993 views – I’d say it’s a keeper. Before I chat about the recipe, can we take a moment for Charlie. Back in February 2020, she was just a little pup. This day was Charlie’s fist visit to the beach, which is one of her most favorite places to be, kinda like me + Bay! And we stopped at the Taco Bell in Pacifica. They not only serve beefy 5-layer burritos, but you can get booze and sit on the patio overlooking the ocean. Does it get any better than that? I think not! We loved this spot so much, Bay + I went back and stayed the night in Pacifica last December. If you’re looking for a fun day trip – go to TB on the beach in Pacifica. And thank me later 🙂
I made these tacos last week. They are insanely easy. Crunchy without frying. And so damn good! You can legit throw any meat you have inside with some cheese + seasoning. You cannot go wrong. Try it out. Then let me know what you think!!

POST NO. 1
This gift guide is by far always my top selling of the year. Also the hardest to write. Considering it’s for the pickiest person on everyone’s list to buy for. Ha! I hope you got some good ideas from this post. Remember you can always reference back when it’s the pickiest person birthday too…ha!
POST NO. 2
The first time in my life that I packed smart. When you have staple basic pieces, you can wear them multiple times to mix + match. Also, you really don’t need much for a beach vacay. Currently packing for a week in Arizona, and I’m 100% not packing smart whatsoever.
POST NO. 3
Still obsessed with these items from this post. Grande lash is part of my nighttime routine. We love our rocking chairs. And today at 6:30am, I hit my 200th Peloton ride! But, my cosmo’s didn’t do shit this year. Try again next year.
POST NO. 4
{easy clam chowder + soup round up}
Classic soup recipes that are PERFECT for this time of year. I made a double batch of Sarah P’s {chicken tortilla soup} last week and it’s FIRE!!! Another one of my faves to kick of a healthy January is {turkey + loaded veggie chili}. Try it! You’ll love it, promise!!
POST NO. 5
Another post that made lots of sales! I swear Easter always sneaks up on us. 2022 Easter Basket post will be here before you know it!!!
POST NO. 6
I really try to focus on moving forward, but holy shit – this was a post to reflect on. In love with my Olive + Eucalyptus trees. Still trying to convince Cory we need a stock pool! Got me really thinking about my 2022 intentions…..
POST NO. 7
Learn how to make the the most amazing queso dip from scratch. Who knew the most unhealthy recipe I have blogged to date, would also be one of my top views recipes of all time? I guarantee you’ll never go back to using velveeta again!
POST NO. 8
We almost crossed everything off the list. 2022, I will be crossing off Indian Springs (thanks friends) and 100% visiting Korine in SD! Fingers crossed we get picked for the Half Dome, we were denied last year!
POST NO. 9
Not even 2 months of age, and made the top posts of 2021!
POST NO. 10
Love a good Wish List Wednesday, and apparently you guys do too! Another one almost made the cut. Some of these items I now live with, and some are still on the ol wish list!
Not going to lie, this post got me a little excited for a fresh new year full of new ideas to share!
CHEERS to 2021, you were okay, I guess 🙂
