What’s for din, friends? I haven’t posted a recipe is a bit. And since this one has been highly requested since I gave a sneak peek on Instagram stories, I thought today was a good day!
The absolute easiest lasagna recipe to date! Layered up with the most delicious flavors + so incredibly cozy and comforting. Even when it’s 100 degrees out!
This recipe is old school. I think the very first time I ever had lazy lasagna was when my grandpa’s wife, Lois, make it for a holiday? It was honestly yearrrsss ago. Just like traditional lasagna, there are so many ways to sneak in veggies. Make it a little lighter. You can really add anything you like and it will still be amazing. Almost anything.
Here’s what you need. If you want to spare a splash of your red wine, you could dump a little in the sauce. Unless you’d rather drink that shit. Totally up to you!
Best part – you can pick up all the ingredient at Target. So now you have a legit excuse to go check out the women’s clothing section. Just saying. I share all the things new arrivals on {target tuesday}
