{what to wear to thanksgiving}

Two days till the biggest cheat day of the year…HA!

Therefore I’m opting for stylish yet comfortable.  You know, so that you don’t have to worry about eating that second piece of pie.

Speaking of pie, I’m baking a new one tonight.  Pumpkin pie in a graham cracker crust?  Raise your hand if you LOVE graham cracker crust too!   I have NO idea if it’s going to be good.  So, I’m making 2.  One for tonight to test and one for thanksgiving.  Don’t even trip, I’m gonna tell you all about it!

I put together two Turkey day looks that I would actually wear.  I keep seeing chicks posting dresses.  Do people really wear dresses on Thanksgiving?

Thanksgiving Look #1

The Canadian Tux Pie Hider //

Woven Plaid Poncho Sweater // Chambray Shirt // Levis // Mules(similar)// Engravable Disc Necklace

Woven Plaid Poncho Sweater aka the pie hider!  $29 and so cozy.  You could even take a 1/2 time nap in this thing!

Levis are marked down 25%!  These Old Navy Mules are now $20!  And I legit wear this Stella & Dot Engravable Disc Necklace almost every day.  It makes a great gift too!

Thanksgiving Look #2

Chic Casual // Everyday pieces put together to give you a polished look.  Without losing the comfort factor!

Cocoon Cardigan (gold) // Scalloped Cami Top //  9″ High-Rise Skinny Jean // Calf-hair loafers // Engravable Disc Necklace

Cocoon Cardigan (gold) on sale for $14 and 9 color options!!

Remember this Scalloped Cami Top we chatted about last week?  It’s marked down to $23!  Get one!  I wear mine year round!  I know there are not many sizes left in these Madewell 9″ High-Rise Skinny Jean bit if your size is available – GET THEM!  My loafers are last year.  This years are cuter anyway!!

And incase you need a few more ideas….I linked all my top picks from the Madewell sale today too!  Man, I want all the leather totes…they are so good and NEVER go on sale!
My leopard-dot sweatshirt is now $51.  And yes, I called first thing this morning for a price adjustment.  My everyday Drawstring Transport Tote is also marked down to $126.  Which is still a lot, I get it.  But I promise you, it gets better every wear.  I’m in love.  What really got my attention, The Holland Tote Bag (in black) and the new Transport Crossbody in Spotted Calf Hair
So much good shit is marked down, you gotta get it before it’s SOLD OUT!

Tomorrows plan of attack – the kids table + some fun Thanksgiving sides.

Have a great day!!
xoxo stacyb
