Sometimes all the motivation you need, is new Nikes 🙂 Tell me I’m not the only one that believes in this?
When Lisa at Lunchpails + Lipstick wrote this post a couple of weeks ago, I fell head over heals for these iconic sneakers. They are every bit as cool as the they were 30 years ago, right? I’d actually say, even better. I mean, look at them….black +brown + white + leather. It’s a match made in heaven, it was love at first sight. I even stole her look and rocked them to SF with jeans and my leather jacket. I felt so Lisa-ish.
It took a little time to justify the purchase….like less than 24 hours, then I pulled the trigger. F*@% it. You only live once, so buy the damn shoes.
They are like walking on air, literally.
I wore them to Power Hour Saturday morning and I swear I ran faster and jumped higher…lol.
Trace the ancestry of air max
Introduced in 1987, Air Max 1 was the first shoe to showcase visible air – and that was just the beginning. Subsequent variations blazed new trails in technology and design every step of the way.

Like I’ve said before, I’m all about reading reviews. I agree with all of these. I too had to exchange for a 1/2 size smaller. Now they are complete perfection. Read reviews here.
If you’re in the market, Just do it!! Your feet will love you:)
Kaia girls – how was week 5 CRPC? I got to 4:40 and called “time.” I know I could have gone longer. My body was shaking and I just gave in. Maybe because I wasn’t wearing my new Nikes? Just kidding. I’m going to practice this week. If I can make it to 6 minutes, I’m not even sure what I’d do. Obviously a celebration of some sort. You never know how truly long a minute is, till you try to hold a 6 minute plank. It’s a big deal.
In five weeks I’ve been able to add 3 minutes to my plank. Can I get a Whoop Whoop!?!?!!?
