Nothing says Valentines day like Pillsbury Sugar Cookies. I’m a total sucker when I see these at the grocery store. Red + pink + hearts are popping up all over the stores. Love is in the air. The cold, cold air…lol. We’ve pulled out all of our decor and decked our halls with all the hearts and xoxo’s we could find. I’ve linked some Valentine’s Day goodies that should get you + your littles in the Holiday spirit too.
Valentine’s Day Edition ♥
J.Crew’s new collection hit the internet yesterday. Along with these cute Valentine’s day tees in the crew cuts section. Finding boys Valentine’s Day shirts is tricky. I guess they just don’t rock it like the girls do?
Our favorite Valentine’s Day books. My favorite, “The Day It Rained Hearts.” Bailey insisted, “Guess How Much I Love You” was her favorite. Although they are “baby books” as my 9 year old claims. We continue to read them all through February still to this day:)
Target has an awesome selection of Kids Valentine’s Day crafts. They range from $3-$6. Trust me mama’s, go get some. These kept Bailey busy ALL day Sunday. And I received the sweetest love notes all week in my lunch box too. Even photo booth props…would be cute for the classroom party.
Holiday Tic Tac’s will forever make my lists. They are fun, festive and oh so good. Without feeling guilty feeding your kids 100’s of calories.
Pottery Barn Kids will always hold a special place in my heart. Their seasonal decor is always spot on. Click here to view all their goodies. I place Bailey’s Valentine’s Day chairbacker on her chair at the kitchen table and probably always will. I can stick holiday themed jokes + love notes in them through February. This year they have multiple options too. And how super cute is the personalized countdown? It’s on sale + free shipping. These seasonal items sell out quickly so get them while you can.
How about Targets “Home” door mat? Super cute, right? I’m making a special trip for it tomorrow. The Love Pillow collection is the perfect, not overly valentiney with the neutral shades.
The heart banner is the first seasonal item I came across a couple weeks ago shopping at the one and only Nordstrom. I always forget about their home + seasonal line. Check out all their fun stuff here. This Kate Spade Coozie set should have made the list too.
Hope this set you in xoxo overdrive. Haha. I know it makes me happy to decorate and get in the Holiday spirit.
xoxo stacyb
I usually dislike doing valentines day kid cards, but this might inspire me to create some fun stuff with my daughter 🙂
Hi Val –
My daughter made them all and has been giving them to me, only me. I love it!! I feel so spoiled:)
