{air fryer chicken parm}

Winner, winner chicken dinner. With little mess. Without heating up the house. Ready in under 15 minutes! Can I get a “hell yeah?!”

Each time I share that I’m making this recipe on instagram stories – I get asked to share the recipe. It’s simple! You most likely have all the ingredient on hand. And It’s so, so good! Give it a try and let me know what you think!!!

If you don’t have an air fryer – now is the time! It’s 105 degrees this week and I am 100% not turning on my oven. But, I’m still going to make a bomb ass dinner.

We have a tiny house built in the 50’s. VERY little storage. So, I have to be VERY selective when I buy things for the kitchen. It has to be something that we will use on the regular. And this my friends, made the cut a few years back. I still love it and don’t mind storing the bulker kitchen gadget.

Here are some of the best……

Some of my fave air fryer recipes:

{air fryer chicken parm}

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 1/2 – 2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken tenders
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • cooking spray
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • salt + pepper
  • 1 cup your favorite marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • fresh basil, chopped

Here’s what you’ll do:

Coat air fryer basket with cooking spray.

In a shallow bowl add egg and water and whisk to combine.

In a second shallow bowl, mix panko + Italian seasoning + parmesan cheese + salt + pepper.

Dip chicken tenders into the egg wash and then into the panko mixture. Pressing panko mixture to chicken.

Place the breaded tenders into the air fryer basket. Repeat with remaining tenders.

*Place chicken in a single layer in the air fryer. If you have extra pieces of chicken – cook in batches*

Spray a light coat of cooking spray over chicken tenders.

Set the temperature to 400 degrees and air fry for 6 minutes.

Flip chicken tenders. Top with marinara sauce + shredded cheese.

Air fry an additional 6 minutes at 400 degrees.

Cheese will be brown + bubbly when done.

Top with chopped basil and serve over noodles + along side a salad. Whatever you fancy!

I hope you love this one as much as we do. I like to make a couple batches and use the chicken for wraps + salads for lunches during the week. So good!

Remember, you can print the recipe.  “Pin” to your Pinterest board for safe keeping.  If you decide to give it a shot, pretty please – tag me.  Text me.  I can’t wait to hear what you think!!  100% makes my day ♥
