Ruffle Hem Dress ON SALE $19 (my dress) | So nice, I bought it twice. Remember when I styled it here: {$20 dress styled 3 ways}. Runs large. I normally wear a medium and bought both of my ruffle hem dresses in smalls. They are meant to be flowy and loose.
