It has felt so good to get back into the swing(-ish) of things this week. I began a Kaia Fit Woodland 30-day Nutrition Plan. I’m 5 days in and feeling great already. It’s amazing the changes you feel when switching your diet around.

Are you team Meghan or team Kate? As much as I love Meghan, I think I’m leaning toward team Kate? I love the royal traditions.

I stole this Yeti Coffee Mug from Cory and it’s straight up life changing. My coffee stays warm for an hour. Which is huge for me. Since I don’t have a microwave to re-heat…lol!

I picked up a new pair of Nike’s (on sale) with my birthday giftcards and I didn’t realize how badly I needed them. How often do you buy new Nike’s? If you’re in need of a new pair check these out. Sofa-king comfy!

Trader Joe’s Item of the week: Savory Banana & Nut Trex Mix. Made with lightly seasoned bananas, cashews and pecans. Get your hands on a package of these asap! We’re trying the Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookie Baking Mix this weekend. It’s a vegan + gluten free +kosher baking mix. Stay tuned!
