These succulent bowls are insanely easy to throw together. Probably my easiest DIY to date. Once you’ve gathered all your materials, it’s really just adjusting the succulents to your liking. And that’s basically it. Swear.

I kept seeing these on the gram’ this week and feel head over heels for them. The only difference, I used real plants vs. faux. Either totally do the trick. But, since my Mom is my succulent dealer, I opted to go the real deal route. You guys, her succulent grow fucking wild. It’s wild. Ha! They get watered every.single.day and they LOVE it. I do that to my succulents and the shrivel up and die. WTF? Stacy’s Mom has got the succulent thing going on!

Here’s what you’ll need:
- succulents
- potting mix
- plastic plant saucer (like this)
- low bowl (baskets + trays work too)
- decorative rocks (here are the exact river rocks I used)
- scissors

Here’s what you’ll do:
Gather all supplies.
Clean up succulents. Cut down stems + remove any dirt.
Place the plastic plant saucer into the bowl, basket or tray. Whatever you choose to use.
Add a layer of potting mix. You don’t need much.
Place rocks over potting mix to cover completely.
Place succulents in between rocks to their stem is in the potting mix.
Turn the bowl and make sure you fill in all the spots. Move them around about 14 times.
And there you have it. The easiest centerpiece + coffee table decor you’ll ever make.
Told you, it’s easy!

Here are some good options for low profile bowls + planters + baskets + trays that will work great for this DIY. But, chances are, you’ve already got something in the cupboard that will do the trick.
