With that being said, it’s time to get my shit together!! 2016 is almost here. I’m not a big New Years Resolution person, but I do like to set goals for the new year. #1 (again) healthy. Not skinny! My ass just wasn’t built to be skinny. Healthy to me is the way you feel. I sure as hell do not feel healthy right now. I love to workout, don’t get me wrong. Since having Bailey (9 years ago…lol) just working out, just doesn’t cut it anymore. I have to be mentally in it too. It has to be a lifestyle in order to get the results I’m looking for. I have to cut out the junk food, control portions and wine (this is the hardest part).
Starting January, I will being joining Kaia Fit Woodland.

I’ve completed two CORE Sessions in the past, but BRIK is new to me.
Here’s a little breakdown of what to expect:
“A Brik or “Boot Camp” is Kaia’s signature, six week program designed to help you reach your health and fitness potential. The session starts with an orientation where we will record your current weight, measurements and physical fitness level. These assessments will help us both gauge where you are when starting the program and will allow us to tailor it to your needs. We will also provide you with nutritional guidance and teach you about eating lean, green foods to make you successful in your workout and in your life.”

First up, all my measurements….YIKES! Something I never really planned on throwing out to the public. I mean, what woman wants her body stats known? This time….I do. I want to be 100% real. I want to show you that this plan does work. That if I stick to it, like I’ve done before, I will have the results to show for it. I’m scared as hell.
I’m still going to blog about all the things I love, like normal. Recipes, DIY’s, weekend notes, wish lists….etc. But, I will be adding lots of Kaia in the mix. My blog is all about what’s on my mind and what I’m into. And this is for sure, going to consume lots of my mind and time.
