Summer is frickin HERE, and you know what that means – it’s time to update our wardrobe with some staples! I decided to share some of my summer staples – these are MUST HAVES. Seriously. If you have these, then you can conquer just about any summer activity. They can easily be mixed and matched to give you lots of options.

ONE | The Hat

Straw hats are not only stylish but also a lifesaver when it comes to protecting our skin. Plus, it hides that summer pool/beach hair.

TWO | The Sandal

The slide sandal is what I live in. Incredibly comfy and a little more elevated than a flip flop. You can pair them with shorts, jeans, skirts or dresses.

THREE | The Straw Tote

As soon as the sun starts shining, one of my favorite things is to break out the straw tote! Plus, it adds that effortless look to any outfit.

A good pair of sunnies is KEY! To protect your eyes and cover them up when you’re tired AF..lol

FIVE | The Denim Shorts

I’m going to keep it real here, when it comes to denim shorts, get the Agolde. They are easily the best on the market and I LOVE THE LENGTH. They’re perfection! I always size up one in my shorts. I prefer them a little of the looser side.

SIX | The Jeans

I know that some peeps tuck their jeans away for the summer month, but not me. I wear my jeans year round. But, I great pair is so key for summer. A light wash that fits perfectly. As much as I love Agolde denim shorts, I have found the perfect dupe for their jeans. Trust me, k?

SEVEN | The Sweater Tank

Picked up the Target Sweater tank a couple of weeks ago and it has been heavily worn since. Love this look with shorts, jeans or skirts. And there are sooo many cute ones out there this summer.

EIGHT | The Stripe Button Down

Found this red and white stripe shirt and fell in love with it. Can totally be worn as a swim cover-up too. Or worn un-buttoned with a white tank under. Tucked into shorts or front tied with a maxi skirt.
