Sharing my Vacay Wish List with 5 spots I’m dying to visit in the near future. Okay, but tell me – where are you headed or dreaming of vacationing? I wanna hear!!
The Narrows // Zion National Park |
The Narrows is the narrowest section of Zion Canyon. This gorge has walls a thousand feet tall and the river sometimes just twenty to thirty feet wide, is one of the most popular areas in Zion National Park. You can see The Narrows by hiking along the paved Riverside Walk for one mile from the Temple of Sinawava. If you wish to see more, you will be walking in the Virgin River. This can involve wading upstream for just a few minutes or it can be an all day hike. This is currently closed due to high water. I’ve read that Labor day is a great time.
Positano, Italy |
Positano is a cliffside village on southern Italy’s Amalfi Coast. It’s a well-known holiday destination with a pebble beachfront and steep, narrow streets lined with boutiques and cafes. Its Chiesa di Santa Maria Assunta features a majolica-tiled dome and a 13th-century Byzantine icon of the Virgin Mary. The Sentiero degli Dei hiking trail links Positano to other coastal towns. A girl can dream! This is a place I dream of taking Bailey!!

Charleston, the South Carolina port city founded in 1670, is defined by its cobblestone streets, horse-drawn carriages and pastel antebellum houses, particularly in the elegant French Quarter and Battery districts. The Battery promenade and Waterfront Park both overlook Charleston Harbor, while Fort Sumter, a federal stronghold where the first shots of the Civil War rang out, lies across the water. And obvy, hoping of a Craig or Shep spotting!!! Maybe check out Outer Banks too? This is one Cory is on board with!!!
The Wave, Arizona |
The Wave is a sandstone rock formation located in Arizona, US, near its northern border with Utah. The formation is situated on the slopes of the Coyote Buttes in the Paria Canyon-Vermilion Cliffs Wilderness of the Colorado Plateau. You can walk across this formation. We spent last Spring Break all over Arizona and this wasn’t on my radar. But, how cool, right?
Rosemary Beach, Florida |
Rosemary Beach is an unincorporated planned community in Walton County, Florida, United States on a beach side road, CR 30A, on the Gulf Coast. Rosemary Beach is developed on land originally part of the older Inlet Beach neighborhood. The epitome of beach town. We had originally planned to do Florida this last spring break, but cost-wise it was much cheaper to do NYC with flights/timeline. So, it’s still a VERY strong contender!!
