Happy Monday friends! Hope you all had a wild weekend…ha! Just kidding.
Since not much happens on the weekends these days, weekend notes doesn’t have a place anymore.
We tie-dyed sweatshirts + made whipped coffee. Which you guys seem to be VERY into. So, I thought I’d share the recipe for the whipped coffee. It you’re a Tik Tok’er, then you’ve seen it a million times. That shit has going viral.
Basically the “it” drink at the moment.
If you want to see what all the hype is about, then you’ve got to try it out!
We don’t frequent the grocery store for random items, so if Target has it available for drive-up pick-up. Then game ON!
I picked up a package of instant coffee. I think it was maybe $2! You’ll need 4 packets per coffee. Seems like a shit-ton, but really – there isn’t much coffee in each of the little packets.

{dalgona coffee // whipped coffee}
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- milk or creamer of choice
- ice
Here’s what you’ll do:
In a medium bowl coffee + sugar + water. Vigorously whisk until mixture turns silky smooth. About 2 minutes. An electric mixer makes this wayy easier. It’s getting close with it becomes shiny. Continue whisking until it thickens and holds shape.
Fill a glass with ice + milk/creamer of choice. Dollop and swirl the whipped coffee mixture on top. Giving it a good stir before drinking.
