Chic, fun + bubbly…I’m talking about my cocktail 
and maybe my sherpa jumpsuit too 
I have the best vodka pom cocktail recipe today + if you’re a fellow party animal 
that loves pajamas – I got you girl. My jumpsuit is 50% off 
You guys, it’s been 52 days since I’ve enjoyed a nice glass of wine. I mean, I haven’t even had a shitty glass of wine…ha! NO wine. Cory + I gave it up for 80 days….which falls on New Years Eve. 30 frickin days!
If you know Cory + I, then you know we like to chard really hard. Bogle chard is our boo. We’ve saved so much money I don’t even want to do the math.
So I’ve had to get creative with booze. Ha! Sounds like such a problem to have, right? You see – other than tequila, I really don’t drink much hard alcohol. I recently became infatuated with pomegranate juice, so I had to come with with a little something something to sip on.
Lo and behold…here she is!
It’s such a chic + fun + bubbly cocktail. Feels so festive with the rosemary too! Try this out and let me know what you think.
The simple syrup can be stored in the fridge for a week or so in a mason jar. Which saves time when it comes to cocktail making.

{rosemary pomegranate cocktail}
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 4 oz. vodka, Tito’s is my personal fave
- 2 oz. pomegranate juice
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 oz. rosemary simple syrup (recipe below)
- 2 oz. sparkling water (lacroix or topo chico is my fave)
Garnish
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- Lime thiny sliced
Rosemary Simple Syrup
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 rosemary spring
Bring water + sugar to a boil. Throw a sprig of rosemary in the pot. Stirring until sugar dissolves. Simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat and let syrup steep, about 30 minutes.
For the cocktail….
Add vodka + pomegranate juice + lime juice + simple syrup to a shaker. Pour cocktail over ice + top sparkling water. Add a sprig of rosemary + a slice of lime for garnish.
