The weekend was full of celebrating and relaxing. Just how I like it!

Intentions for the Week:

Get back to drinking 1 gallon of water a day (I was doing so good, and stopped)
Work on a DIY Wood Bead Garland to share with you all
Make it into American Eagle for a try-on. Lots of cute stuff right now.
Decide what I’m giving up for Lent. The struggle is really, real
Complete my final Faith Formation Parent Workshop….check!
Test out the new TJ’s limone Alfredo sauce. I’m thinking over noodles + salmon yumm
Write a post on my favorite denim
Clean out my closet (it’s getting out of hand)
Sneak in a date night with Cory
Decide on an appetizer for Willow Oak Bunco night

Highlights from the weekend……

Kicked off the weekend drinking chardonnay with some of my best gals!

Dinner at Carboni’s to Celebrate Greta’s 40th birthday!

Our first trip to Carboni’s for Valentine’s day was great. The food was amazing. This time – I really wasn’t impressed at all. It’s still a new spot, so I’m sure it will only improve. Either was it was a good time!

I found this skirt randomly at Target and thought it was fun. And this tee is $10! Has a rolled sleeve and is a great fit. So nice, I bought it twice…in white + black!

We kicked off our Saturday morning at UC Davis in the Wellman Hall for 4-H Presentation Day! Bay’s computer didn’t work, but she was still able to present. And we found out today that she came home with GOLD! Meaning, she gets to now present at State Level. Go Bay!

You guys – we had lunch at Kuji Asian Grill and it knocked my damn socks off! It got 5 for 5! All 5 of us girls LOVED our food, which is hard to do! We started with Chicken Wings and for the record – chicken wings aren’t my jam. But, these were! So good. Then I had the Bibimbap (mixed rice bowl with fried egg and beef). My mouth waters just looking at this photo. I can’t wait to go back!

We toasted Nidia with cold beers instead of cake. I’m down with it!

Sunday morning scroll lead me to Target NEW arrivals. OMG you guys – Target is so, so good right now. Everything is so damn cute and it’s got me READY for sunshine + Spring! Stay tuned for a fun style session coming soon!

We hit the road in search of vitamin Sea! I packed up my new Beach Bag | Hat | Sunnies!

We made it to heaven! AKA – a Taco Bell on the beach. That serves margaritas! Ha! Put this on your Summer to-do’s! Trust me! The back patio is so perfect. You can watch the surfers, sip a cold one (beer or mixed drinks) with a taco in hand! Oh, and it’s a dog friendly patio + beach!
