Happy Valentine’s Day Peeps! I hope you are feeling the love today ♥

Bailey baked ANOTHER batch of cookies over the weekend. Valentine Monster Cookies. Everyone loves an easy cookie recipe, right? Well here is a good one……

This recipe is another semi-homemade, which is becoming a staple in our house…lol. Throw in a couple of bags of mix, add butter and festive candy….viola! Holiday cookies in a snap!

Here’s what you’ll need:

1 17.5 oz bag Betty Crocker Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix

1 17.5 oz bag Betty Crocker Peanut Butter Cookie Mix

1 stick butter, room temperature

2 eggs

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 tablespoons water

1 12.6 oz bag Holiday M&M’s

Here’s what you do:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or silpat.

Add all ingredients except M&M’s to mixer. Mix very slow at fist (it will make a mess)

Once ingredients are fully combined, stir in M&M’s.

Using a cookie scoop, place 1 tablespoon of dough onto baking sheet. Place cookie dough 2-inches apart.

Bake 8 minutes.

The first batch didn’t turn out quite right, but the second time around she nailed it. Sometimes I have to sneak a peek at Miss Bailey’s measurements. But shhhh, don’t tell her I told you that!!

One of my favorite things about being a Mom is making Holiday’s super special! I just live for the excitement in my daughters eyes when she wakes up in the morning. She never knows what kind of crazy shit I’ve got up my sleeve 🙂 10 years later and she jumps up and down when she sets her eyes on the candy + goodies!

Today was no different…….

Valentines’s day breakfast for my girl this morning. She LOOOVVVEEESSS yogurt + granola for breakfast, so that was easy. Then I attempted the heart-shaped cinnamon rolls that we’ve all seen over and over again on pinterest. Let’s just say pinterest makes that shit look a hell of a lot easier than it really is. This was the best out of four…lol. Bay said it tasted great, so that’s all that matters 🙂

Bay is going to set it all up for me when we get home tonight. Super excited ♥
