Day #2 of my leather jacket love affair.

It was brought to my attention the other night that I am passionate about very few things….

(not in any particular order)

Family + friends

Food

Clothes

Holidays

Wine

And a good deal!

This is a true story. Which makes since today and why I’m currently head over heels in love with this leather jacket!!

I’ve been on the hunt for THE perfect leather jacket. Did I mention that I’m also picky AF? It’s a big task to meet all the criteria! And the price tag has a lot to do with it too.

My advise to you:

Add this to your Christmas list.

Unless you’re not still 10 years old (like me) and still making a Christmas list.

Back to the jacket…..

If you follow along on Instagram Stories, then you saw that I scored this $95 Topshop beauty that was price matched to $55, for $19! I’m not even lying. I legit hoped in my car and drove to Sac (which is unheard of, just ask my friends) to pick it up in person. I couldn’t wait.

This is the leather jacket of my dreams. Do you wanna know why? Well, I’m going to tell you anyway…..

Slim cut + fitted. Not boxy like my old leather jacket. I like my shit tight…lol

Clean collar. Added bonus….You can snap the collar down to stay in place!

Edgy. You know I’m down with all the J.Crew preppy shit, but you gotta add a little touch of edge sometimes too. Maybe I’ll try it with one of my white eyelet J.Crew tops. Bet it would look cute!

Quilted shoulders + sleeves. Just the right amount of texture to make it look a lot more expensive than it is.

Light weight. Perfect for this California girl.

Zipper detail. Makes me feel all biker-ish. But, not really…lol.

Soft as butta!

Versatile. I plan to wear this with EVERYTHING! Promise!

Note: It does run one whole size small. I ordered my normal 6-8 and had to exchange for a 10. I read all the review and still went with my normal size, because #1 I hate boxy. #2 I have abnormally short arms.

Luckily I went to the store and they were able to swap it for me.

Moto Leigh Ripped Skinny Jeans TOPSHOP – These black jeans are on major sale! $40!! They are my new fave pair of black jeans. They too, run super small. I ordered a size up. Think pajama jeans, but cute. Ha! These are on the weekly repeat.
