{summer friday favorites}

I’ve bought a few new things lately that I’m freaking in love with – everything from fashion items to home and more so I wanted to do another “random things I’m loving” post for you today!

THINGS I’M LOVING |

Bay and I made a trip to Lulu this week and I am IN LOVE with the Scuba in Purple Ash. Such a pretty color!! Dying to get my hands on a pair of Sambas. When will the craze die down so they become available again? Reordered the same 2024 Planner as I used for 2023. It has a month view with the perfect sized squares. Yes, I still use a paper planner…..If you know, you know. I need to just pull the trigger on this Necklace. I keep seeing this Jumpsuit styled so many cute ways. Currently trying to convince Cory we “NEED” a Japanese Maple tree. Been admiring all the beautiful trees on our neighborhood walks and never realized how much I love them. Fall is basically here so I’ve ben picking up a few new festive goodies to add to my collection. How good are these Pumpkin Mugs. And this Spider Web Iron Stake would be so cute in one of my flower pots. I’ve been on a MAJOR book kick. Over 20 books this summer so far. Dying to get my hands on None of This is True.

THINGS I’M COOKING |

I have 3 new flavors of protein ice cream that are currently chillin in the freezer. The Ninja Creami is straight up magic. Need to write a whole post on it!!

Anything in a coconut sauce has my heart. Adding This Recipe to the lineup.

These Pressed Italian Picnic Sandwiches have my name all over them. That presentation is everything!!

THE GARDEN |

My dream has come true and I have a flower clipping garden. Haven’t bought flowers in months. We currently have Zinnia’s, Dahlias, Roses, Alstroemeria, Eucalyptus and Olive. And a few others that I have no clue what they are…lol. I’ve been mixing fresh herbs into my arrangements too. It’s so rewarding. Our veggie garden on the other hand, not so rewarding. The one year I give it all my love and TLC and we’ve gotten a few cherry tomatoes so far….that’s it!

THINGS AROUND THE HOUSE |

One weekend while I was in Tahoe, Cory painted the kitchen, dining room, living room. It’s amazing with a fresh layer of white paint can do for the home! We still have flooring and some finishing touches, then we are done. Found some Art for the back entrance to the Kitchen/laundry room. And next up – wallpaper. I am tempted to go with the same Speckled Dot as we had in the laundry room before. Right now I’m dreaming up Hallway styling. Love all this Inspo.
