What if I told you that you can put this dress in your closet for $35. Better yet, you can get it for $20…in other color options.
Now that’s worth writing a blog post about! Ha!
This is the best picture I could get. Sorry guys!
For some reason, I always wait till the very last-minute to take these pictures. In the same spot in my room. The same awkward selfie pose. Why do I always have my left wrist like that? I have no answers.
Remember how I was on time for work yesterday? I was today too!!! Running out of the house right after I changed out of this dress to jeans and a t-shirt (my work uniform).
When J.Crew Factory sent me a “please rate/review your purchase” email this morning, I realized this dress was on SUPER SALE. So, I had to snap a pic and write a post about it. When I find something that’s good, like real good, I have to share with my peeps.
It’s like my beloved Scalloped Tank Top but in a dress.
Ok, more about the dress:
- poly
- falls to knee (your ass wont be hanging out)
- side zip
- lined
- dry clean only
- online only (so don’t think you can score this in Vacaville, I tried)
This dress does run on the larger side. I ordered a size down. I was worried it would be potato sack-ish, but it’s so not. There is just the right about of fitting in the waist area. The straps are adjustable too, which is key for my fellow smaller chested chicks.

I bought this dress in blue to wear to a wedding but am struggling with how to accessorize. Any suggestions?
Sorry for the late response….
I would do a nude shoe. If you’re going to do a necklace, do something super simple…with the scalloped neckline you don’t need much. Some bracelets and you’re good to go!!
Hope that helps 🙂
