HAPPY FRIDAY!!

Today I will be chatting about 5 things I’m currently crushing on!  Here we go:

ONE – Ladies Of London.  “A reality TV series that chronicles the lives of six women who live in London, as they balance their social lives, businesses, and families.”  It’s great, trust me.  Episode 5 was on this week and it didn’t disappoint.  British high society drama overload and their fashion is to die for.  I’m now day dreaming of a London vacay.  Tune into Bravo Monday nights at 9pm.  Who’s your favorite lady?  I was team Caroline – I love her bitchiness.  Leaning a little more toward Marissa after the season has gone on.

TWO – Starbucks Mobile Order & Pay App.  We stop at Strabucks every Friday morning right smack dab in the middle of their morning rush.  This new app is amazeballs!!  No more waiting in the 10 plus minute lines.  Here’s how it works – You log onto the Starbucks app, scroll through the menu and select drinks or snacks, select the store you’d like to pick up at, pay with your Starbucks card linked to your account…that’s it.  You will get a confirmation with a pick-up time (typically 5 minutes).  Walk in and the barista will have your order ready for you.  Check out this Starbucks link for a short video and how to download the app.  Try it and thank me later.

THREE – King George Strait.  On September 25th George released Cold Beer Conversations.  He’s like fine wine, he just gets better and better with age.  Not bad on the eyes either!!  Listen to it here on YouTube.  I drove to the nearest store on my way to work to pick up the CD.  Yes, I still purchase CD’s.  Not just any CD, but EVERY single George CD.  I want to hold it and cherish it..haha.   I have listened to it non-stop since.  We also purchased tickets to his show in Vegas next September.  Only 338 days…but, who’s counting?!?!

FOUR – Big Sur, California.  We have a little weekend trip planned and I’m beyond excited.   I’ve been planning this in my head and Pinterest Board for months.  Driving down Hwy 1 on the Pacific Coast is breathtaking.  I plan on using my camera to capture better quality photos and not just rely on my iPhone for this little getaway.   Seeing McWay Falls with my very own eyes.  This waterfall drops over a cliff of 80 feet into the Pacific Ocean.  Driving over Bixby Bridge, which connects Carmel to Big Sur.  Hiking the Ewoldsen Trail in Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park. Treats from Big Sur Bakery. Taking in the views over a delicious meal + wine at Nepenthe.  I could go on and on…..

FIVE – Jcrew v-neck cardigan sweater with embellished pockets.  I ordered this sweater last week and it finally arrived.  The online photos and product detail don’t do this enough justice.  The jewels are perfection.  It’s a classic Jcrew v-neck cardigan made of merino wool.  It is dry clean only, which I would normally steer clear of.  I took a chance and I’m happy I did.  This sweater will be on repeat this fall/winter.  Sizes are limited since the price is now reduced and an additional 40% off with promo code WEEKEND.  Maybe I’m just a Jcrew fanatic, but I’m really diggin ALL the  new arrivals.
