{sutter’s fort}

Tuesday we left Woodland early in the morning for the Plainfield Elementary School 4th Grade Sutters Fort over night trip.  We told the girls we were pretty sure the Donner Party would have made a Starbucks stop too, if they had the opportunity.  They clearly thought it was a great idea too.  We got some funny looks 🙂

The 4th Graders took a bus to Old Sacramento where they rode though Sacramento to Sutters Fort.

The kitchen crew celebrating a dinner victory.  With water + iced coffee…lol.  We served 100 for lunch and over 150 for dinner.

We survived Sutter’s Fort.  Such a great experience for the kids and adults.  I learned a lot over the last 24 hours.  The kids had such a fun time.
