This Perfect Fall Salad is tossed with a tangy honey mustard dressing. Add fresh mixed greens, crunchy honeycrisp apple slices, creamy feta cheese and crispy, salty prosciutto. Then you get that perfectly sweet kick from the candied pecans! It’s DELICIOUS!

This time of year gives me all the feels. The cooler temps. Leaves changing colors. Cozy sweaters at night. Windows open.
And you know what else?
I want to cook ALL THE THINGS. Now that it’s finally not 862 degrees in California! So bring on all the hearty fall recipes.
Cobram Estate reached out to me to create a reel for their new Salad Shaker and it was a no brainer. HARD YESSSS!
I was asked to come up with a fall salad using one of the dressing recipes listed on the Salad Shaker. Remember I did a poll on Instagram? I was torn between the Balsamic Vinaigrette + the Honey Mustard. Honey Mustard won, not by much – but, it won!
And I am so happy it did. The Cobram Estate Honey Mustard recipe is delish. It’s kind of one of those salad dressings I forget about.
I hit up Trader Joe’s for some salad ingredients and here’s what I ended up with….
Simple fresh ingredients! Then you added the dressing and it was a HUGE HIT!!! You can even ask my mom 🙂

Here’s what you’ll need:
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 honeycrisp apple, thinly sliced
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup candied pecans
- 3oz. package prosciutto
Dressing:
- 1/2 cup Cobram Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 1 Tablespoon whole grain mustard
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- dash of salt + pepper, to taste
Here’s what you’ll do:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. On a lined baking sheet, place prosciutto slices so they don’t overlap.
Bake 10-12 minutes until slices begin to shrivel and turn golden.
Allow to cool and chop into bite sized pieces.
In a large bowl combine all the salad ingredient topping with crispy prosciutto.
Using a Cobram Estate Salad Shaker add all the the dressing ingredients.
Secure the lid and shake for about 15 minutes. Pop off the top and drizzle over The Perfect Fall Salad!!
ENJOY!!!
